Terms of Booking
Tentative Reservations –
All tentative reservations will be held for 10 days at which point it should be confirmed or we will release the date.
For events during May, June and July:
Last call is 12:30am. Rooms must be vacated by 1:00am. Extra Charge of $300 plus staff wages applies after 1:00am. Music volume restricted after 11pm. No music after 12:30am.
For events during September to April:
Last call is 11pm. Rooms must be vacated by 12am. No music after 11pm. Massey
College event spaces are closed for the month of August.
All cancellations require at least one month notice. Cancellations with less than one month notice will be subject to a 10 percent cancellation fee. Functions canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full cost of the function.
Confirmation of details –
All details pertaining to the menu, number of guests and service times must be determined at least one week prior to the function. Invoicing will be based on the number of guests specified 48 hours prior.
Confirmation of Reservations –
Initial confirmation can be verbal via email. All requests are to be confirmed no later than one week prior to the function.
