“Technology Changes Society: The Silicon Valley Fallacy”
with Quadrangler Paul Hartley

Join us for a revitalized incarnation of Massey Talks! Through a series of four salons held throughout the 2019-2020 academic year, we will explore and discuss a number of topical issues across all areas of the fellowship. Senior Fellows, Junior Fellows, and Quadranglers are all encouraged to join us for a lively discussion around the dangers and fallacies of technology-led social change. Primed by Quadrangler Paul Hartley, this event will feature opening remarks and perspectives by Paul, followed by a moderated discussion about the role of technology in our modern lives. The perspectives of all disciplines are encouraged to join us as we hope to foster a discussion that raises perspectives from all walks of life.

If you have any questions about the event, do not hesitate to email shane.saunderson@mail.utoronto.ca for more information.
