Refresh your mind, stretch your body and find your balance with Massey’s yoga and wellness workshops online!
Each one-hour workshop focuses on both mindfulness and physical awareness. We will start with a short meditation segment followed by fundamental yoga practice. All levels of fitness are welcome. No equipment or prior experience is necessary, except for an internet connection.
These workshops will be led by Keshna Sood, a Massey Junior Fellow and experienced yoga instructor specializing in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga. Keshna is a long-time advocate of wellness and has been trained in mindfulness techniques to help combat stress and promote relaxation.
Workshops are open to all Junior Fellows, Senior Fellows, Visiting Scholars, Quadranglers, and Alumni of the College and will be held online through Zoom. Here is the link and information required to join:
